Dont go there for any of the do-dads like spaetzle mix from Germany or dumpling mix.. Get the butchers items that are prepared on site and be on your way. These types of butchers are getting hard to find. We need to support them if possible. The dried salami type sausage are first rate with just enough but not much fatty bits

Great quality meat and Delhi products. Great range of specialty items; from German wurst to thick cut bacon, olives, cheeses, and condiments. Only critique would be subjectively high prices, however given this would be some of the highest quality goods in a semirural area, these guys get an easy 4 stars from me.
I personally think they tend to price on reputation, I find small goods over priced, Good Quality 100% but some items at $100 a KG is a bit rough, the Staff have a good amount of good over bad, 1 guy specificity I avoid having him serve me as he is just plain rude, other staff are Fabulous, I go in nearly every second week to get what I enjoy, but most cases I just buy elsewhere, when my old Butcher can do a lot more with his meat quality, unfortunately I need a empty freezer and $500 to go on the trip to him!!! and do this regularly as well, Maybe if the owners read the reviews and took a small amount of regular Criticism to account nobody expects you not to make money, but more customers mean more business which in turn means more money!!
