Dont go there expecting friendly advice or customer service. I went there looking to buy some soil/compost suitable to fill my raised garden beds to grow vegetables in. I was advised the premium garden soil was suitable but upon inspection, I noticed it was full of rocks, small bits of shredded plastic, semi decomposed sticks and cement fragments. When I asked the staff member where the soil comes from I was told they dont know where it comes from. I told the staff member Id like to know whats in the soil and where its from because its going to be used for growing vegetables for my children. The staff member told me my question was weird and theyve never been asked that question before. Considering the staff member didnt know anything about the product, I asked for the suppliers contact number so I could ring and ask them more information about their product, she refused to give me any information and was extremely rude, curt and completely unhelpful. She also gave me a fake name...I have several landscaping projects planned as I am renovating my property and as a result of this peculiar experience I will take my business else where!
