For all the money KFC spend on advertising and promoting their product I can't understand why they leave their stores so hopelessly understaffed. The wait here is always far too long; and the last time - twenty minutes - was unacceptable. We watched at least ten people leave in frustration.
I got two different boxes when opening these was horrified I upsized as well chicken was dry as a road kill on a hot summer day,chips were limp oily and tasteless burger was like wtf.when you spend 30 dollars on food you expect it to be fresh as manager was useless too, was to get a call back but never did head office should read these reviews because without customers like us they'd go broke.ive been in the food industry for over 30 years so I know my food yes I got KFC just for a change but was disappointed .I did complain but got no where as maybe they thought I was lying.
Disappointing experience. Ordered a GRILLED slider and a few other things, cashier put it all through , got my food, No grilled slider, baked crispy slider instead, so I go up and say, I ordered a grilled slider not fried, and they say, oh we are out ,we need to cook some, it will take 10 minutes is that ok. So I was like fine, came back 10 minutes later and someone else serves me and I explain what Im waiting for and they say , it will be 10 minutes, Im sorry what!? Another 10 minutes , what kind of communication do they have in that store , no I will not wait another 10 minutes for a slider , and when I said I wanted my money back because Im sick of waiting another employee was like oh let me check how long its got. How hard is it to communication with your staff and make sure the cashiers know what you have and not have to avoid unhappy customers, the cashier didnt tell me there wasnt any grilled tenders. This whole situation could of been avoided if I was told there was no grilled sliders. Would never eat there again.
Always good food. The staff are always friendly and helpful..
Thumbs down to Manager Steve i left details & you couldn't even ring me & i did take pic's.Arguing with a customer & acussing them of lying is not good customer service. Respect your customers & elderly.Time u did a customer service course young man.Its a No Star & No service.
